Technology General

  

Job Description: The Technology General is responsible for leading the team of 7 Beagles and ensuring the implementation and documentation of the 250kfarms.com defined architecture for 3 WLAN with devices separated into 16 security trust zones. Your team will provide the customer, SD Transport Services, and network performance analysis through the operationalizing customer owned tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for customers and manage day-to-day activities of the      team.
  • Identify and quote additional work items.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in all pillars of wireless networking, including Wi-Fi RF planning, Wi-Fi 6 and 6e, RADIUS, VLAN and attribute assignment, Aruba ClearPass and Cisco ISE, PKI/DNS and talent development. Supports the other beagle SME’s.
  • Develop and tracking the progress of all team members.
  • Provide education and psychology pre-grad education recommendations to team members.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related      field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in wireless networking, with expertise in Wi-Fi RF planning, Wi-Fi 6 and 6e, RADIUS, VLAN and attribute assignment, Aruba ClearPass and Cisco ISE, and PKI/DNS/DHCP.
  • Experience in talent development and management.
